Chris and his team worked very meticulously to find the problem. They fixed the problem as well as other things that needed to be done as if they were working on their own vehicle. I really appreciate their care and professionalism. I definitely will chose them again.

I really couldn't be happier with this company. As a woman with very little automotive knowledge, it's always a bit worrisome going to a mechanic and Ive dealt with a lot of bs in the past. But when my vans axle bent in the beginning of the month, I was beside myself and didn't have a clue where to go. My mom recommended I call these gentlemen and ask a few questions. When I called, I noticed immediately how kind and informative they were and they didn't try to rush me off the phone like many businesses do. It was already close to closing time and my car was safe at home so he told me I could call my AAA (they have a working deal with them) and arrange to have my car towed to the shop the next morning. I had no idea I could set up an appointment like that so it took a lot of immediate stress off my plate. When I got there the next day, I noticed how clean and well maintained the property was and that there was nobody staring at me uncomfortably. Inside, right away they were helpful and really attentive (but not in a weirdo way). I keep mentioning that because it's not my typical experience. They didn't talk to me like I was some dumb lady or dismiss my anxiety. They were super professional yet personable and took their time to explain what happens next. They also have a deal with Lyft and even paid for one to take me home. They also have a deal with Hertz so I got a discount on a rental. Then there was a bit of a communication mix up that set my repair back quite a bit and at first I was kind of freaking out. But they were extremely understanding, courteous, and patient. In the end they even gave me a very generous discount due to the error that more than made up for the extended rental cost and more. Not only that but they never tried to sell me anything extra or blame me for anything that very well may have been my fault, though I'm still not entirely sure. Now that's integrity. Outstanding customer service, outstanding ethics, outstanding experience all around. I highly recommend them to anyone especially women and will only be taking my cars here for repair from now on. Fantastic job, Christians Auto, keep up the good work! You've got a new loyal customer.

I had a really positive experience at Christian’s Automotive. I had been dealing with a suspension noise for a long time and was honestly feeling frustrated after trying to resolve it for quite a while. They took the time to carefully inspect everything, explain what they found, and make sure it was corrected properly.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and respectful. My car is finally driving smoothly and quietly again, and I truly appreciate the patience and attention to detail they showed throughout the process.

We have been going to Christian’s Automotive for over 20+ years and are extremely pleased with his work. They stand behind their work completely and always makes things right. We have taken them new and used vehicles that we have bought throughout the years and his shop is competent with both. They kept our 1977 Chevy that we were the original owners of, running beautifully continuously to the day we decided to sell it because it wasn’t practical anymore for our needs. We have shopped around and entertained other mechanics and have found his prices to be very fair and that he does honest work.
